Mamelodi Sundowns' CAF Champions League semi-final against Esperance has been stopped due to severe weather conditions.
The second leg was evenly poised at 0-0 when lightening began, however things got worse and the referee called a halt around the 20 minute-mark.
To make matters worse, a couple of the lights at Loftus Versfeld Stadium went out before the referee sent the teams to the change room.

There has been no official word on when the game will resume, but both sets of players remain in the dressing room.
Rulani Mokwena's charges are currently trailing 1-0 on aggregate but they have to win by a two-goal margin to advance during regulation time.
