Here are his answers:
- Press conferences:
Ange: "Yeah, don't talk to the press, talk to the fans. So, I kind of ignore the questions and just say what I want to say."
- Training:
Ange: "Love it, it's where you prepare. Where all the magic kind of happens to make sure you're ready."
- Transfers
Ange: "Hectic, busy, but crucial to your success."
- Team meetings
Ange: "Short, to the point and I don't mind getting creative."
- Squad dynamics
Ange: "Really important that there's some unity and purpose there."
- Tactics
Ange: "Very important. But not the only thing that's crucial to success."
- Matchdays
Ange: "Hate the build-up, love the match, not a fan of the aftermath."
- Scouting
Ange: "Time consuming and you need a lot of people working for you to get the right outcomes."
- Talking to the board
Ange: "Very rarely and most of the time, very short.
- Team talks
Ange: "I love telling a story as well as preparing the team."
